Offline Payments 

To accommodate with the use of modern technology, EverythingLala.com does accept offline payments. All orders paid through the offline methods (Apple Pay, Cashapp ,Zelle, Chime) must be paid within 30 minutes of placing an order or your order will be canceled.

Shipping Policies 

All items are fulfilled daily, however items are shipped Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays no later than 5:00pm. On Saturdays where I am not attending a Pop Up Shop event, orders will be no later than 1:00pm.

(Local Deliveries are delivered by nightfall on these days as well.)

 

Refund Policies: 

Once you have paid for your order no refunds will be issued unless: 

 

-A refund will be granted if there is an issue with inventory and your item is no longer available. 

 

-Rude and disorderly customers will have their orders canceled and refund issued immediately. 

 

Broken/Damaged Items 

All items are carefully crafted and packaged  with love and light to ensure a safe delivery, in the unlikely event that an item arrives broken you must submit pictures to Lala via text (2296691093) the day your package arrives. 

 

In the unlikely event you lose a charm, bracelets and waistbeads with charm brackets have a life time free replacement. Customers are financially responsible for the shipping/delivery of their item to me and the return of the item back to the them.

 

If you break your bracelet and you have majority of your beads, bracelets can be remade for $10. Customers are financially responsible for the shipping/delivery of their item to me and the return of the item back to the them.

Free Delivery Fridays

As of August 2021, Spiritual Ice offers contactless Free Delivery Fridays.

While the cities may vary by week to week Free Delivery is usually for Albany and Leesburg,Ga. All orders placed before 4:00pm will be delivered same day to the customers mailbox, orders placed after 4:00pm will receive their item on Saturday!

Apartments without mailboxes are NOT eligible for Free Delivery Friday. 

Customers will be invoiced for the shipping fee or given the option to have it delivered to their doorsteps instead of a mailbox.

In the event that a package is stolen from the doorstep or mailbox EverythingLala will NOT be able to process a refund or reprocess the order without video surveillance, a COMPLETED police report or COMPLETED mail theft report. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please strongly consider this before selecting Free Delivery Fridays as we both the producer and consumer will be held responsible for withholding our end of the agreement.
